Site login issues

Is anyone else having site login issues? I can occasionally login to the site but it is not consistent. Also, I can't login to download files.

The feedback form is also not working from the floating contact link on the right of the site.

I registered on Monday and managed to download some backgrounds, but from then on things really don't work.

Let me know what to do.

You, unfortunately, subscribed to our membership right in the middle of transitioning servers. You can read about it here -

The migration is [99.9%] complete and most everything is back to normal. In fact, you should be able to download products much faster now.

I can login to the site fine now, but I can't login to download files.

How do I contact someone in support without using the message boards?

I am thinking it is a userid/password synch issue because of the time I signed up.

Hi Tim,

I've re-sent your username/password for the Members Area. Just a reminder that the Members Area and our forum are totally separate logins (for security reasons, among other things).

Let me know if you don't receive the email. I noticed that your email addresses are different for each registration/subscription.

Are you using your email address you used when you purchased the membership through PayPal and the password that was emailed to you?

The logins for the forum and members areas are different due to the subscription being an annual thing and the forum being a forever thing.
