Thanks Donna. Yes, I became an Aggie for grad school, met my husband (also an Aggie) who was working for the Ocean Drilling Program there. My son is 3. His little brother has the same color hair. My husband's family is still in Texas (we are Navy, so we are on the east coast), and I am heading out there next week with the boys. Me and two little boys on an airplane... hmmm... Actually, they travel as well as can possibly be expected for almost 2 and almost 4 year olds.

That is the only way to go with little ones. My girls and I have made a few trips to Arkansas the past couple of years. An hour and a half on a plane beats 7-9 hrs in car, depending on how many stops you have to make. What part of Texas are you going to, if you don't mind my asking. Donna
Go out and make it a great day. The choice is yours! Donna

Though they grew up in the Houston area, my husband's family has mostly migrated to various areas around Dallas now. I'm still going to try to hook up with a friend of mine from Aggie days - she's still in College Station. I am still in shock that we won the A&M/UT game two years in a row now. I happened to be in Rome with my husband for a port call (!) for this past game. We were sitting in an Irish bar in Italy watching American football played in Texas.

I went back to see and once again I was reminded of a celebrity (from the younger pic). Who is it that you looked like?
Is it Jeff Bridges? I'm not sure that's who I'm seeing but I'm seeing some movie star.
Happy Editing,
Beth

Wow! I disappear into the editing booth for a few weeks and the forum gets all-kinds-of-funky on me... It's great to see all the then-and-now comparisons; it triggered a few flashbacks to the '70s of my childhood! My first Christmas 1971 and Christmas 2007
