The first is Cyberlink PowerDirector 4. Cost was $80 in '09. Designed for Windows XP and 2000.
2nd is Ulead Videostudio 10. Don't remember the cost. Also for XP and 2000.
Both come with installation cd's and paper manuals (remember those?
) I like both programs because they're simple and intuitive.
Both have the serial/ key #'s that I registered back when I bought them, so I don't know what would happen if someone else tries to install and register them. If you want one or both programs they're free, including shipping.
