Last night in London

Postby Chuck Engels » Fri Mar 08, 2013 5:50 pm

I was walking down the street in Stanwell and stopped in at the corner pub, they had a meat raffle (video of that as well).
Was very interested in why they were raffling off meat and the Lamb was not being taken. Everyone was taking the chicken and pork.
Lamb is much more common in the UK than it is in England and is much less expensive.

As I left the pub, the same place that Chris had taken us on Sunday, I stopped by the local church to take a few photos.
The Friday night service was just letting out and they asked if I would like to see inside.

I have a wonderful video tour of this 800 year old church, it was an amazing blessing on my last day here.

Will post the video as soon as I have the time to edit. The tour guide is an English gentleman probably in his 80's.
He is also the keeper of the steeple clock. This was a tour that is not planned or even expected, truly amazing :)

This might be some of the best footage I have ever shot !!
