Can you be a bit more specific? Are you having troubles downloading the identified free items via the Complimentary button? If you could elaborate on what you're having problems with, we'll get to the bottom of it and you'll get the free stuff, I assure you.

Even though it's currently geared towards Premiere Elements, we hope that we can apply most of the content here to video aficionados in general. Premiere Elements is just a great starting point.
