I think Jamal has a good suggestion with the Crop effect or Camera View, and I didn't notice it the first time either, looks more like a reflection.

I wonder how it is that the image stops projecting on the stage floor after a few seconds?

Welcome Lisa, have no fear, new tutorials are on the way :)

I would also highly recommend the Premiere Elements 2 In A Snap book ;) It can't be beat for learning this programs ins and outs. But of course there is always this forum to help you out if you get in trouble or have questions!

Try this if you have Audacity; Export the Audio Only as a WAV file from Premiere Elements, open the file in Audacity and use the Amplify effect to decrease the overall volume of the clip, save as a new file and import back into Premiere Elements. Put the new file on the timeline and see if that is a...

Are there audio meters in the program you are using to record the screen so you can see if it is going off the scale? Can you record it agian?

I don't think you can fix the audio in Premiere Elements but it is hard to understand exactly what is happening, can you post a sample?

Stop Motion would be a good tutorial, thanks for the idea.

You will love the next tutorial, working with 10 tracks, should help your understanding of Layers in Premiere Elements. The next tutorial will be completed soon and is the 2nd of 3 parts in the Brady Bunch Intro tutorials.

How does it sound in Media Player or iTunes? We need to determine if it is a problem with Premiere Elements or the original file.

Hi, Wow, I am impressed :!: You have only had the program for 8 weeks, have read two manuals and two books, and you already have captured, edited and burned to DVD analog footage from VHS tape - Amazing. You are going to be great at this editing stuff, I can tell already. Happy to have you hear MoD ...

You guys really need to promote this stuff here, especially for the Photoshop Elements users. Everyone loves the flipbook stuff for slideshows sometimes, very cool.

What did you capture with and what audio settings did you use in the capturing program (khz, bitrate, 16bit or 32bit). Did you check the audio levels as you were recording to make sure the levels were good?

My point is that you can use any of the standard formats, including FLV, and the video will not be recompressed or converted to another format. Paul is correct, you will not want to use AVI but MOV, FLV, WMV will all work and look great at the default DSL setting. Just export the video in any of the...
