Re: Audio distortionHow does the track sound if you play it in iTunes Chavakano?

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.
Re: Audio distortionI agree with Chuck. The MP3 may simply be overmodulated.
Open it in a program like Audacity (a free download) and watch the meters as the file plays. If they go into the red area, then your audio levels are too high. You can use Audacity then to lower your audio to a level that won't overmodulate or distort and output it as either an MP3, WAV or AIFF file. Re: Audio distortionThe audio of the video clip souds perfect when played in other media players like WMV or VLC
I will open it in Audacity or Premier and watch the levels, thanks for the tip Chavakano
Re: Audio distortionGuys thanks, that did it, I opend the clip in Premier ( my Audacity crashes when I open anythig other than an mp3 file ) and lowerd the volume by 3 dB reinserted to Proshow and no more distortion.
Thanks again Chavakano
Re: Audio distortionGreat news, Chavakano! Glad we could help!
