Ron, I've managed to upload my winning entry for the contest (look guys, if I don't have confidence in myself, who will?). It was very simple. I used my dual-boot Linux Mint* option and the Opera web browser. It all just worked a treat. All I have to do now is scratch my remaining hair out working out why the shiny new, expensive Microsoft OS and browser wouldn't work when the free ones did. I actually managed to upload a picture to my gallery today from my work XP based computer. It went through the corporate firewall and IT Police robot without a hitch, so why I can't make it work from the home W7 system is a mystery. Looking forward to seeing all the competition entries. Kit * Linux is generally seen as a geeks alternative operating system which requires lots of computer knowledge to get it working. 'Mint' ( www.linuxmint.com) is probably the best 'out of the box' version. Like Windows (usually) it just works when you install it. There are lots of splendid programs available, all free and many compatible with Microsoft alternatives. Sadly there is not yet a video editor that approaches the semi-pro level of Premiere Elements. Adobe, are you listening? Sorry for getting off-thread, I'll behave from now on. Honest.

Kit, maybe we should start a whole separate thread on Linux and video editing. I know there are at least half a dozen Linux video editors (Cinelerra, Ingex, Kdenlive, Kino, liVES, Open Movie Editor, OpenShot Movie Editor and PiTiVi). And I'd love to hear your thoughts on them.
But not here. Let's start a new thread.

Everything is fine for me in Firefox 3.6.3 Not so in IE8, same as the others.

All working fine on latest firefox - However I saw the videos when they first went up, but since then have not been able to view them until today. On that note, Great job everyone with the films! Some of those were really nicely pulled off. Others were just funny, and some downright crazy strange.
I wish I were creative enough to write something witty here.

Try it now. Why would it not work in IE8? I'm at a loss with these browser issues
