Re: Primiere Pro for cinematic footageGood find Sidd! I don't think he crushed the blacks too much. I am viewing on an IPS monitor that is calibrated, although I am due to calibrate again. The color grading seemed so foreign to me before I took up photography. Now it all makes sense. I've watch a ton of how to edit raw photos in the past 5 years. With my videos, I like to add a touch of contrast to give depth and a little warmth. Most of my stuff is outside summer clips. If indoors of the grands then I have to dial it back more as to not make the video too dark.
