I've been involved in photography as a hobby for many years. A few years ago I got into video and found the adobe forum after stumbling through the rants and raves on the "other brands" forums.
Now I live on a small farm about 90 miles west of Chicago where living in an old farmhouse is a daily thrill (LOL). I worked for the city for 25 years and retired, then I worked as an electrician for 10 years-and retired. (sigh) Now I work for the county for at least the next nine years. After that my calender is open. :-

90 miles west of Chicago

That puts you at about Interstate 39 (Hwy 51) somewhere between Rockford and Peru, just a guess :)

Welcome Larry, My kind of town, Chicago is! One of the best places on earth in my opinion, and just down the road from Steve how great is that?

Glad to have you on board old friend :) Larry entered our first contest in 2005 http://muvipix.com/cpg/displayimage.php?pos=-233 and does a great job with miniature battlefields. If you want to know how to blow something up Larry is your guy :)

Your right Chuck, I'm at the Rockford end. Steve, you are just a stones throw away. Cool!
I don't really blow stuff up, I just make it look that way even though it's true that most problems can be solved with large amounts of explosives.. (LOL). I'm still thinking about doing a movie with live action, RC tanks and some CG.

Rockford! Man, we're practically neighbors.

Please give my best to Rick Nielsen and Robin Zander.

I haven't talked to Rick in several years now, but I do know him. If I see him I'll pass that on.
