The Nepoli word for uncle is antie. Not sure how to spell it, but when the words are translated into the alphabet it is spelled phonically. Same goes for names if you ever meet someone.

I learned that a 'chook' was a chicken by listening to the not very politically correct Kevin 'bloody' Wilson!

Re the Bombay/Peking etc. comments. It has often amazed me that (e.g.) Columbus discovered America when, for thousands of years, people had been living there! (Hope that makes sense).

Also hope that you like it here in muvipix land. :-D :-D
