Way back in 1973, before I grew out my hair (Man, I want that hair today...!)

And today, in front of the model railroad...

Gerry, noticed the G-modelrailroad label on the jpeg, is G-gauge your obsession.

Trains in the background seem to be O-gauge.

I'm into O-guage, big time, and yes I am a model-train-aholic.

Curious if you post to the OGR forum, if your into G, this forum might not be your cup of tea.

Was also wondering if you were into any of the command control stuff, like MTH DCS, TMCC, or DCC.

Nope, the "G" is shorthand for "Gerry." It's all HO. In fact, that shot was from last Fall's "Great Model Railroads 2008," which I was fortunate enough to be in. I've got the cover story in the new February Railroad Model Craftsman, too! \:D/

I'm totally Digitrax.

HO is for you young guys...

I started there, but my old eyes, and big hands were not well suited to the format.

Switched to O and have been working double shifts ever since to keep me solvent... =P~

Has MTH revolutionized the HO guage yet, they think they have the secret sauce to make a name for themselves (DCS and smoke)...

Glad for the picture posts....all this time I thought Gerry was a female #-o Wow...you had some hair back then! Still do now.....have you thought about growing it out again?

Chuck, you and others all look like my classmates too.

Jamal, what are you saying in the pic?....Looks like...."Hey, whats up?" thinking on the lines of a Godfather type accent. But, then you are from Canada so can't be.

Brian looks the same! What is your secret?

It's amazing what you can do with Photoshop ;)

Just joking - it's all down to a lot of subjective concepts like clean living, healthy eating, being good and generally making the intervening 45 years seem like 450 years! The years have been kind to you too :-D

Can't remember what I was saying... I think I was just giving the person who took the picture a good ole Saskatchewan "How do!"
