Sounds good! We made some Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls with orange icing this morning. Does that count?

I've never experienced Corzetti cut pasta, ed! I'll have to look for it.

Yeah, semolina egg pasta. After trying a lot of flour I find Bob's Red Mill flour to be the best. After reading your book I'm surprised you haven't had it! I made it a little thin because I don't care for big chewy pasta, but the downside is the imprint is not as good.

Almost looks like the Italian cookie the Pizzelle. Thin like a Communion wafer but ohhhh so tasty.

We make ours with lemon zest and it is quite tasty.

But I bet those noodles are pretty tasty to.
