Now that we are all hunkering down at home, how about making some homemade delicious pizza from scratch.... Ummmmm I'm hungry....

This is an earlier recipe posted on Muvipix.

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=684&p=4690&hilit=sunday+sauce#p4690

I often made it for my friends in Sicily and they liked it so much that they asked for the recipe. I still make it fairly regularly but now that I am back in the UK I cannot get Sicilian sausages so it doesn't taste quite the same. Still good though. :)

This is way overdue for a refresh, John. I've made a lot of improvements in the last couple of years. I've even started experimenting with crisping the crust on my gas barbecue grill!

I'll work on a new version once I get my fall workload behind me.

Forgot about this video. Steve needs to make a few more cooking videos. Glad to see you use provolone. I've been making flat bread for a pizza type creation with garlic, spinach, & cheese.

Might be kind of a short book. I'm good for about two dozen recipes. But they are good ones!

Well if there is to be a Grisetti Italian cook book here are a couple of recipes that I learned from my Sicilain friends when I was living there:

Sicilian Caponata.doc

Pasta al Forno.doc

Hope that they download OK. :)
