I am looking for an eSATA male X eSATA female cord to use as an extension for an eSATA cable. All I can seem to find is SATA X eSATA. No, I can't use a longer cable. The eSATA connection is on the back of the computer and I want to be able to disconnect it from the front. To answer the question that is now in your mind: I am using a 4 bay external hard drive dock that connects either eSATA or USB. If I use USB, it will allow me to see all 4 drives in My Computer and in Disk Management. If I use eSATA, it will only allow use of one drive at a time. This is the dock: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product. ... 6817576013I only have one USB port available and don't want to use a hub. I intend to use the USB connection when I need all drives and use the eSATA port when I need the USB port for a flash drive. Yes, I know, it is an odd situation, but sometimes I do odd things.

I tried them, but they did not have them. I may bookmark them for future reference. Thanks.

The order was canceled by Newegg because the item was no longer available. So I spent an hour googling again and found the same product at a higher price from a different Newegg Marketplace seller:https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAE7R5XK4772&ignorebbr=1 I ordered it and am waiting to see if that will get cancelled, too. Alternatively, I can buy it directly from the manufacturer in China, but it is a minimum order of 500. Does anybody need 499 of them?
