Breakfast of Champions..... for a chicken.....

Postby sidd finch » Mon Jul 24, 2017 1:37 pm

Early morning and those chickens are mighty hungry. Its a race to see who gets the best "eatin" spot for the day. :)

Thank you Steve.

I am trying to master using a gimbal stabilizer mounted on a monopod. The chickens were pretty skittish so it helped to only move the monopod close to them. When they were eating they were so hungry they could care less who was videotaping them. It was then I tried to get a close-up shot of the chicken smorgasbord.. lol

Thanks Chuck.

I need to go back through the footage and just post a clip of the chicken on the left of the screen at about 1:21 that kept popping its head up. I did not include in this video but it was pretty comical.

You do come up with the most unusual subject matter! Enjoyed this one too.
Did I see Colonel Sanders lurking in the background?

Thank you Dave I take that as quite a compliment. I am always fascinated by trying to get a close up shots of things that look a whole lot different when you are looking at the perspective the the thing doing it.
