broken link

Postby Bubby Grub » Thu Sep 24, 2015 3:31 am

Hi Guys,

I have set up a Menu for the first time in DVD Architect, first of all did all the correct setting etc.
I have imported my project made in Elements no problems at all,
set scene selections markers, basically 3 pages, first one just a title and play all, the other two are the scene selections,
each page links to each other and I have done backgrounds etc to what I wanted, music all a ok, but when I go to preview
each page links, but my scenes do not work "broken links" is what is stated in the program how do I fix it. I thought to go
to the button order and set link but to no avail. I do have Steve's book to 5.0 and am slowly reading through it, but I can't
at this stage see a solution to my problem. Any help appreciated. Sorry for all the questions lately, but I know once I get
over the first hurdle in a new program I seem to manage to figure the rest out myself as I go along. Bubby

When you select one of the scene buttons, what shows as the End Action on the Button Properties panel?

If it shows a broken link, then can you describe how you created each of your chapter/scene markers?

Hi, success I managed to work out my own problem and have even done a menu, nothing to fancy but
at least it all works. I have a lot to learn but I call this a step forward in the right direction. Your book Steve is great
and now that I understand some of the basics hopefully I can expand on them in the future. Thanks Bubby
