kb2964358 has been replaced by kb2953522 (your IE 9 update) which includes the earlier patch. It's still not clear whether the new patch will cause problems. I'm personally going to wait a little more while continuing to use Chrome in the meantime.

Windows update is also pushing the upgrade to IE11. If you install that, it will replace your IE9. I'm holding off IE11 for now.
