FWIW, I took advantage of this deal (thanks Ron!) and ordered the download version with absolutely no issues. Hopefully just isolated problems with the tax situation.

Glad to hear it Ron, I really am. It's not the error so much as it is the lack of response to correct it. Difficult to believe such poor customer service from Adobe.

Update: I finally got a response from Adobe. It took 8 days to get it. I actually got the boxed set before I got the response. They did take action on the tax issue, but I reopened the case because they not only charged me tax on the product, but on the shipping. I don't recall ever being charged sales tax on shipping. I got to answer one of their customer satisfaction surveys too. You can guess how that went. We'll see how long it takes to get the next response.
