Since yours is a new topic, I've split it off into its own thread, Veronica.

Welcome to Muvipix!

It's not exactly clear what your question is. You say you "can't resize it". What is the "it"? Are you talking about the Preference panel or are you trying to resize something else?

veronica,
as Steve says, this is not clear. The Preferences panel cannot be resized, but you should be able to move it of course by (e.g.) holding down the left mouse button and dragging the uppermost part of the panel, which has the word "Preferences".
Are you seeing the Apply and OK buttons or are they outside of the viewable area?

Have you been able to use those buttons at all?
If so (and nothing else seems to work), try a reset. https://www.custcenter.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2744
