Chapters missing when rendering from Vegas Pro to Encore

I am rendering as MainConcept MPEG-2 Program Stream NTSC Widescreen from Sony Vegas Pro 13.0. I have the option to save project markers in rendered medial file but when importing into Adobe Encore CS6 as an asset, they don’t come over. The source video is ACVHD if that makes a difference. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?

That workflow won't work, ss.

Vegas doesn't talk metadata to Encore. Vegas only transfers metadata (including chapter markers) to programs in its own Sony family, like DVD Architect.
