Missing Text Styles -- again

Postby Steve Grisetti » Thu Oct 28, 2010 4:16 pm

The Text Styles are suddenly missing from my Premiere Elements 9 in Windows 7 32-bit.

In the past, the solution was to go to C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\My Documents\Adobe\Premiere Elements\3.0\Styles and rename the file "workingset.prsl" as "workingset.old" so that the program would recreate it when it was next launched.

But Windows 7 doesn't use the "Documents and Settings" etc. file structure.

Does any know the Windows 7 equivalent of the My Documents\Adobe\Premiere Elements, etc. folder?

click start button
click documents (upper right hand corner)
click adobe then work your way in to what you want.

That was my first thought, Sidd. Unfortunately, my Documents folder is empty.

I'll look see if maybe I've got my system files hidden or something.

Yep! That did it. AND it fixed my missing Styles problem.

Thanks, Sidd!
