Grafic card problem Photoshop CC 2018

Postby thhult » Thu Nov 16, 2017 11:57 am

I have had a strange problem with Photoshop cc 2018.
I have the AMD Radeon HD 8570 graphics card. Setting / Performance indicates the AMD Radeon R7 200 Series. At startup, the message "There was a problem with the graphics driver" appears. Photoshop must be closed. When Photoshop opens, the graphics processor will be removed. You tick the "Use Graphics Processor" which will then activate AMD Radeon R7 200 Series as above, until the next time Photoshop is started with the same error message.

Have any suggestions on the problem?

Just to make sure you've covered the obvious -- have you gone to the AMD web site and ensured you have the latest driver (as opposed to letting Windows supply it for you)?
3.6 ghz i7-7700 running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with 16 gigs RAM and a 2 terrabyte HD. Also iMac 2.6 ghz dual-core, 4 gigs of RAM, running OSX El Capitan and Boot Camp Windows 10 64-bit.
