Easy-Link USB Video Grabber Audio IssueSo, I watched Steve's Youtube videos on how to properly install the Potplayer and the USB Grabber device. I followed it letter by letter and I even selected AAC in the codec. I still can't seem to record audio from my bluray player. I can record the video fine, but the audio doesn't record. Is anyone having this problem and know how to fix it?
Re: Easy-Link USB Video Grabber Audio IssueAssuming you're on a Windows machine, what are you operating system's Sound settings? Do you have the device set up at your audio input?

Re: Easy-Link USB Video Grabber Audio IssueHi Steve:
I'm having this same issue with audio. I'm using the PotPlayer that came with the video grabber. PotPlayer version is 1.7.3334. I completed the install per your YouTube video, BUT AAC is not an "A. Codec" option. This is what I have for that option: MP3 MP2 Vorbis Vorbis(FFmpeg) Direct Stream Copy(DSC) NONE The VBOX is set as an input device. Any ideas on a fix>
Re: Easy-Link USB Video Grabber Audio IssueSorry no. This Chinese technology really doesn't offer much documentation. I might try "none", assuming none means no compression or codec rather than no audio. If that doesn't work, I'd try MP3.
If I could rewind, I'd recommend a different capture tool instead the Easy-Link. And I may redo the tutorials at some point and pull the tuts for the Easy-Link. The Diamond VC500 is a much better tool at about the same price. Sorry I can't offer more help. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
