Microsoft Image Composite Editor 2.0.3

Postby RJ Johnston » Wed Dec 14, 2016 12:57 am

I don't remember my older version of Image Composite Editor having the ability to analyze and stitch together scenes directly from a video into a gigantic picture, but version 2.0.3 does. All you need to do is mark the in and out points. It also has "automatic completion" to avoid cropping, something similar to Photoshop's Content Aware Fill. Microsoft Image Composite Editor 2.0.3

There's also a plug-in from Microsoft for Photoshop for creating HD View web pages for panoramas (up to 360 degrees) created with ICE or some other application. After installation, you have to go into the install folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Research\HD View Utilities, and copy the appropriate plug-in (32 or 64-bit) to the Adobe Photoshop plug-in folder.
