DVD to PE8

Postby Walter Seaton » Fri Dec 14, 2012 1:44 pm

I have had some Super8 film (silent) digitized by a reputable professional lab. The content of the DVD they produced is attached. How can I import this to PE8?

Hi Walter,
As long as they did not put any security on the DVD to prevent copying you can do the following;
Get Media / From DVD Camcorder or PC DVD Drive, follow the instructions. I'm pretty sure this is covered in detail in Steve's books, I highly recommend getting one of them for reference :)
1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.

Thanks - it worked - and I do have Steve's book. I guess I should consult it more before bothering you.
