What a great choice of winners. It is especially cool to see the handiwork of all the forum members especially after reading all the posts in the forum.

To me the completed movies are like a bunch of free tutorials that helps to inspire my future videos. I also have to say that I find it very unique that everyone is so willing to share their video secrets’ for the betterment of the users. That is really cool.

BTW, Chuck when they say “the winning videos took my breath away” that does not mean hold your breath until you have to go to the hospital because your lung collapsed. :-8

Remember that if you want to shout in e-mail all you have to do is capitalize all the letters, not actually shout. [-X (disclaimer: comments are meant facetiously and in no way reflect an actual opinion)

Sorry for the delay, guys. I was outside recording my kids playing in the sandbox (really!).

I happily choose the Premiere Pro. And can I just say.... I AM SO EXCITED!!!

I really do owe my success to the folks here, and at chuckengels.com, and to the Adobe User Forums before that. You made me a better artist, and I made friends as well. Who can ask for more than that?!?! Thanks everyone!!

You're up, Cheryl!!

Good Choice Jennifer. You are going to love Pro. As I have said before nested sequences will change your life (at least your video editing). PLease let me know if you need any help with any of the new effects when you start using it.

It was a great video. You should be very proud (of your husband and the video.)

PS...don't unload your Elelments...CS3 doesn't let you import DVDs. Go figure. I still use Elelments for that.

A nice thing is you can open Elements Files in Pro.
Happy Editing,

Beth

I agree with the other posts, this is a wonderful forum of people that share tips and so much info. That is the best prize of all :-D

Thanks Beth - I have no doubt I will be tapping you for help! Also good to know that the Elements files open in Pro. I have several mini-projects that will undoubtedly get finished there!

This is fun! :-5 I'm now going to follow your lead on After Effects too. I'll just let you figure it all out, then come along after and benefit from your experience.

And for the record, my husband actually shot all the footage for my entry (they don't let me out on the carrier much, much less riding in the plane...), so I am really claiming this on behalf of both of us. I got him to get his feet wet in Elements too, and he made a cute little video for the boys. I'll ask him if I can post it to the gallery...

What ever you decide Cheryl be sure to PM me. If you decide on the $250 eCard from Amazon I will need the email address you want it sent to, for Premiere Pro I will need the address where you would like it delivered :)
