Adding DVD templates to PE3

FYI: The Christmas templates uses LucidaBright and LucidaBright Demi fonts. In PSE I had choices of Lucida Console and Lucida Sans Unicode. When I let PSE change them for me they change automatically to Myriad Pro. Other fonts used in some of the templates that were not in my choices were Couier Bold and StoneSerifSAINSmBdvlSemibold (whatever that is)
