Am I one of the only ones here having this problem? Aren't there others out there who edit on multi tracks and are frustrated with Adobe?
WE should all get refunds and apologies!

That's what I thought, too, Dave, but then I read on the Adobe site that I should contact the retailer from whom I bought 10 if I want a refund.

But then, when I read Amazon's return policy for software, it stated that only unopened software is returnable.

In other words, once opened, it's ... :sold:


Perhaps they've changed their policy George. That's been a couple of years ago that I was able to do that. Good info. Let the buyer beware.

Gail, my take is that different folks have differing experiences that are dependent on their particular hardware. See, for example, Chuck's effusive post on PRE10.

Like you, I had a fabulous experience with PRE4, but when I tried the 7 bundle I learned that it was even better for what I do, which is slide shows. If that had not turned out to be the case, Adobe has a very reasonable return policy.
