Suggestions for DVD Templates

Postby Helen » Sat Feb 24, 2007 6:39 pm

Hi Chuck and Steve

I read somewhere on the forum about suggestions for DVD templates, and my choice would be to have some swimming, trampoline (tumbling) or gymnastic ones in the PAL format.

I also do a few dance type of projects, but I mostly use the stage type of templates for these.

I love and appreciate all the templates you have already created and thanks for all the help in the past

Helen

PS Thanks for a great site

Swimming seems to be pretty popular, I could do some swimming backgrounds I bet and Steve could pitch in with the DVD Templates.

I do like the Dance theme too, I will probably work on that one also. My oldest daughter is still taking dance at 23.

Saw your swimming template. I liked it a lot, but was disappointed in that it is only version 3. How difficult is it to make it Version 2 compatible. I assume it must be difficult, otherwise you would have a version 2. I am working on a Slideshow for the Swim Team and need a great template. That would be enough to make me get a paypal account and join. Hint Hint :) I have been holding off on Version 3 due to all of the problems I have been reading about it. I still have a lot to learn from Version 2 anyway.

Thanks,
-Vernon

There are version 2 swimming templates available also, Vernon.

I just tried one and it works great!

If there are version 2 and 3 templates the version isn't mentioned, if it is only a version 3 template it will specify version 3 only.

So, have I misinterpreted the banner for this template:

Swimming 3 DVD Template

I thought it was NTSC or Pal for Version 3 only. Does it also work for Version 2?

Thanks,
-Vernon

The version 3 templates are PAL only, so if you see NTSC and PAL those are version 2 templates ;)

The description under the template says

'Swimming 3 DVD Template - Choice of NTSC, PAL or Premiere Elements Version 3. '

When you download you will have a choice of which version you would like, you can download them all if you want to. The NTSC,PAL are version 2, the version 3 templates only come in PAL and are automatically adjusted for NTSC.
