Ron

Maybe the last week or so when I go to open the forum I have to give my user name and password.

Even though I keep checking the box to remember user name and password it does not.

I am using Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.5

I never had this problem before.

Thanks
Rich

I am on the same version and do not have any problems. There must be something in the settings that is stopping it from remembering your info.
1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.

Hm, I don't have that problem and I'm using the same version. I also use IE from time to time, no problems there either.

I don't know what FF does behind the scenes, but go to "Tools" >> "Clear Private Data..." and see what you have checked. Make sure that "Cookies" isn't checked for one thing. There might be other settings in there that affect the "remember me's", couldn't tell ya'.

Maybe a setting was changed somehow to clear all data when you exit FF or something?

It's not the forum software, I assure you.

-Ron

Thanks guys
I cleared private data and did not have cookies box checked.
I closed browser and shut down computer.

I just booted it today and came to the forum and everything worked as it should.

I have cookies saved unchecked as well. But I still get the issue. It isn't a big deal, I just have to reenter my username and password everyday. I figure somewhere down the road it will mysteriously fix itself, just as mysteriously as it appeared. :toothy7:
