Postby hpharley90 » Sun Dec 28, 2008 8:46 pm

Hi Guys
I downloaded the arial footage in the complimentary section using Firefox 3.05 and IE6.0.
I get this error when I click to extract files.

It happens sometimes to me as well. Try downloading it again.

Usually has more to do with your ISP than with Muvipix.
If traffic is high, or you have a slow connection, some of the larger files don't make it.
Downloading during off times helps, a super fast connection is the best solution.
Not to say that at times it might not be our host having issues also ;)
1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.

I think your right Chuck.
They are large files. I've got cable but it gets slow.
Thanks
Richard
