Is there a section that can instruct me on how to use the forum?

When I am refering to someone elses post in my post I don't know how to do that.

I see in other peoples post that when they do that it is highlighted so that you know what sentence they are refering to.

Hit the "Quote" button at the top right hand corner of the message involved. You don't have to leave the whole message quoted in your message if that's inappropriate so if you want then delete some of the quoted material then go ahead. Just don't actually change any of the words

Often, if I delete part of a quote then I put an ellipse (...) to indicate where the deletion has occurred.
