There is so much stuff out there but not a lot of "school" themes.

I wonder if there might be something in the SchoolHouse Rock stuff, remember that?

The first thing that comes to mind is The Little Rascals, which isn't a cartoon but they had lots of scenes where all the kids were together in a meeting...think in a garage or barn.
