Converting a Video Frame to JPG

Postby NuffRespeck » Sat Oct 16, 2010 12:25 pm

:hat: Does PE7 allow conversion of a video frame to a JPG image? If yes, how so? If no, can someone advise me on how this conversion may be achieved? My OS is Windows Vista. I would surely appreciate any input. Thanks!!

Click on the camera icon to the right of the T title icon in the Monitor window toolbar - Freeze Frame. Then click Export in the popup box.

If you are using the freeze frame in the video the aspect ratio will be fine. If you are printing out the jpg or using it for a DVD cover design:

Click on the Settings button in the save dialog box.
Under General: change to jpg
Under Video: change the pixel aspect ratio to 1.0
Under Keyframe & Rendering: check box to deinterlace
