How do I add a transition after the fact?

I've got it all together, but I wanted a simple transition in between everything, and there's not one. I can do it one by one, but I was hoping I could do it at once.

You're talking about adding transitions between several clips on your timeline at once -- as in a slideshow?

You're right. You can't do that with version 7. You can, though, with version 8, for what it's worth.
