Just for your info, guys, (although most of you probably know this), I found that I can use PE7 to save my HD footage from my Canon HV40, which records in mpeg2, to my external drive as a "computer file" using the h.264 codec. The result is an M2T file, very big. When I hook that HDD to my Western Digital media player, which is hooked up via HDMI to my HD LCD TV, the results are stunning. If blu-ray is better than that, I doubt I'd be able to tell the difference.
