Custom Disk Menu's

Postby StevePaul » Fri Oct 24, 2008 4:04 pm

Ok another newbie question for you pro's out there… :)

I’m working on a new project, and I want to have a title menu that has multiple links on it..
(Sorry I’m still learning all the terminology here) ](*,)

Anyhow, on the main title menu page I want to have something like:
Baseball
Football
Soccer
Swimming
Each of these titles I want to go to another sub menu with a list of the scene markers or chapters for that sport. I know that I can create several scene markers and I can group them together over multiple pages, but I’m trying for a shortcut here.

Do I have to create something in Photoshop and move it over or is there a custom template that I can download?

Thanks in advance
Steve

You'll need a program more sophisticated than Premiere Elements DVD authoring to do that, Steve.

Best investment you can make in that area is Sony's excellent DVD Architect Studio. It's only about $50 ($39 if you download it) and it's loaded with these kinds of features.

I just downloaded the trial myself. I have been avoiding it for a while now, but I think it is time to plunk down my $40. First test indicate that it seems to be a very competent program.

Bob,
How do you like the software?? I bought it, but because I already demo'd some of the other software and my trial expired it still wanted me to purchase it and would not allow me to run it.. They are closed on the weekends so I'm hoping to get it resolved today..
