Debugmode frame server

Postby hpharley90 » Sun May 16, 2010 10:21 am

I'm trying to install this plug-in into Premiere Pro CS3 but am having problems.
I get the window to install core files to C>Program files> Debugmode which I do.
Then I get window asking where to in stall plug-in.
I have tried C>Program files>Adobe>Adobe Premiere Pro CS3>Plug-ins.
I have tried C>Program files>Adobe>Adobe Premiere Pro CS3>Plug-ins>en-US.
I have tried C>Program files>Adobe>Adobe Premiere Pro CS3>Plug-ins>Common.
I can not get it to install.
Any suggestions. :-k
Thanks
Richard

I probably can't help much because I've never used this plugin. But, you should have been able to install it in C>Program files>Adobe>Adobe Premiere Pro CS3>Plug-ins>en-US. Have you verified that the install actually placed the plugin at that location?

I watched the video and it's about using Debugmode.
Incidentally It's a Jeff Belune tutorial I'm learning. (HD-SD.)

When I open The Debugmode folder I don't see a purple colored plug-in icon like the ones when I open the en_US plug-in folder in PPro.

I don't know. It's so easy to install a plug_in.
Thanks
Richard

Thanks Cheryl. I saw the post where the person said that you don't need Debugmode. One other poster is trying to do what I am.(HD-SD)
I'm trying to follow Jeff's tutorial and he's using CS3 and says you need it for his process. :-D
Thanks
Richard

I finally figured this out after many different trial and error procedures to get this plug-in installed. I went to an earlier version of Debugmode and it installed no problem. :pull: (Why did I wait so long?)
I went just short of the actual export and all options were there.
Now I can start all over again to learn Jeff Belune's HD2SD work flow.
It seems like it took me forever to get this plug-in installed.
It's good I can move forward now. =D>
Thanks
Richard
