Following on from a computer crash ( 2 SSD drives failing) I am in the process of rebuilding my computer including Adobe CS 6 Production Premium.
Premier Pro CS 6 works fine however when I launch the Encore program I receive the following error message,
"ENCORE HAS STOPPED WORKING"
Does anyone know how to get this to work,
So far I have removed the entire suite and reinstalled it with the same error message.

John, if you right click on the program icon and select "run as administrator", does it run properly?
