HD motion BG not playing in PrPro

I made a 10 second loop motion BG and it will not play back in PrPro, but will move if I move the CTI. It is 1920x1080 and changed the view to 1/4th, cleaned the database, Cuda performance is in place. The file is an h.264 .mov file and 11mb. The HD BG's from Muvipix play just fine and the one I made are the same parameters and mine is a smaller file size. Any ideas?

I assume you built it in After Effects.

What specs did you render it as, Cheryl?

Dropped the comp 1920x1080 into AME. Set at Qtime h.264 and tried both 100% & 50% quality. This gave me 1920x1080 square pixels and a .mov file. The same as Muvipix HD BGs with the exception that my loop is 10 seconds and I think the BGs I compared them to were a little longer.

I even tried exporting the file as lossless Qtime Animation which was huge. Brought that file into PrPro and exported via AME with the settings above.
