Conflict with timeline links in Encore

I have an Encore project that consists of six chapters. I have a Main Menu and a Sub menu. From the Main Menu I want 2 options
1. Call the Sub Menu and select one chapter and after the end goes back to the Sub menu
2. Play all chapters in sequence

When I try to combine this two options in FlowChart I have conflict with the links.
One way perhaps is to copy each timelines with new name to avoid the conflict.

Does anyone know a better way ?
