google suggestions

Postby hpharley90 » Fri Apr 10, 2020 7:43 pm

Google used to always auto suggest my searches. Then one day I stumbled upon a button that could shut it off. I pressed it. Now I want to reverse and I don't know how. Would anyone know how to turn this back on?
Thanks
Richard

Found this on Google search but there were other suggestions so try this first:

"From the control panel, select the search engine you want to edit. Click Search features from the menu on the left and then click the Autcomplete tab. Click on the slider to set Enable autocomplete to On. It can take up to 2-4 days for autocomplete to start appearing on your search engine."

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I've been doing google searches on this topic on and off for over a year now.
The link you supplied Chuck is similar to the ones I've used in past.
They show you how to disconnect but not how to connect.
I wish I never shut it off.
