EaseUS todo not working

Postby momoffduty » Thu Dec 15, 2016 9:56 am

I've used the free backup software successfully for over a year and now it won't open. The start screen with the logo appears to be starting up, but then my computer freezes up. I then have to manually shut down the computer. Any ideas?

Uninstall/reinstall?

I paid $20 for EaseUs Backup and it works great, even on Windows 10 Anniversary edition. A great value.

Just guessing but did it work before windows 10 and now does not work after windows 10. Maybe a freah download of the free program and reinstall???

I am still on Windows 7. I'll try the uninstall/reinstall method. If that doesn't work then the $20 is reasonable.

I purchased the paid Backup Workstation version and don't regret it a bit. Also use the free version on a few machines and no problems. Be sure to get the most current version.
