mono vs stereo .avi

Postby Di Hansen » Thu Feb 02, 2012 12:15 pm

Hello!

I am coverting a .mov file to .avi. in QuickTime 7 Pro. Do I want the sound settings set to mono or stereo? What are pros and cons of each? :-s

Thanks!

It makes no difference -- except that one is stereo and other is mono.

Might as well use the stereo option.

Thanks, Steve! Thought one format may have different editing implications/limitations associated with it.
