Windows Video Editor

Postby Steve Grisetti » Thu Apr 23, 2020 7:05 am

Lately I've been playing with Windows Video Editor, a free program that's sort of a free, Windows version of iMovie.

It's not even in the same league of most of the consumer video editors we work with here at Muvipix, but it's a big improvement over the old Windows MovieMaker and it's good for people who just want or need a basic, easy-to-use editor.

I made a free 6-part tutorial series on it, if you're interested.

Nice work, Steve!

Where are parts 2 - 6. Are those on Youtube as well?

The first videos I tried using in Video Editor were accepted, but the video played back just blank. I'll have to find out if changing the file extension from .MOV the .MP4 will work.
