The part of the image that should move just shows up gray. Windows 10.

It sounds like you may be talking about the new Moving Elements feature. So please give us more details, including the operating system you're working on.

If you are on Windows, make sure to go to the nVidia, Intel or AMD site and ensure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card. Don't trust Windows Update to do it. This fixes more of these types of problems than you'd expect!
