Google Pixel movies

Postby Gail Sweet » Sat Jun 12, 2021 9:49 am

I take a video with my Google Pixel 3 phone and move it to my PC. When I try to open it in Premier Elements 14, it won't open. Could you tell me how to open it so I can edit it? Gail

Your Pixel phone should record video in Video MP4, H.264 mode. Can you download MediaInfo from here:

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

and post back with the details of the video?
AMD Ryzen 3900x 12C/24T, ASUS x570 mobo, Arctic Liquid Freezer ll 280, Win11 64 bit, 64GB RAM, Radeon RX 570 graphics, Samsung 500GB NVMe 980 PRO (C:), Samsung 970 Evo SSD (D:), Dell U2717D Monitor, Synology DS412+ 8TB NAS, Adobe CS6.

To use MediaInfo, open the video file in MediaInfo and set View to Text. Then copy the text and paste it to this forum. Once we know these detailed specs we'll better be able to help you, Gail.

This tutorial will show you how.
