Where to find Photoshop Elements tutorial 1 - 8

Wanting to re visit tutorials for Photoshop Elements I am having difficulty finding where on the site these are listed. Any guidance would be appreciated .

Thanks for all your guidance. I no realise that part of y problem in not being able to open Tutorials was because I wanted to read/ listen to them on my iPad. No go because iPad does not open these files without Flash Player. Anyway on imac it is fine. Thanks anyway
