PSE 2022 Moving Photos loop?

Postby Badgersurfer » Thu Nov 04, 2021 5:27 am

I have been created some moving photos but am totally flummoxed as to how to prevent it looping. I want to display it on FB. If you go through the automated process it either saves in mp4 of animated gif, but you have no option to turn off the loop.
So I created it as a gif then exited and loaded the gif back into PSE 2022 which gave me 60 layers and the file is 640 width. I then selected "save for web" clicked the animated tickbox hoping to be able to disable the loop in there but when I do that is says the filesize is too big. I have reduced it to 100 pixels width but it still says it is too big.
Unfortunately the mp4 loops as well.
I have also tried to stop the mp4 and gif looping in premiere Elements 2022 but still the same problem, I cannot find any way of doing it...
Any ideas how I can stop either of these looping please?

It's more likely your browser or media player is looping the file. Photoshop Elements does not produce a looping MP4 or GIF.

#Yep I was wondering that Steve as I read there si a setting to turn it off on FB. Obviously that is no good as everyone I assume will have it on by default.
Thanks...
